Graphite worked with Lynsey to provide remote yoga teaching for our team as they continue to work from home. Lyns did a great job creating a really relaxed environment for the Graphite team, even over Zoom and I left the session feeling refreshed and energised, it was a great way to wind down for the day. If your team are getting a bit irritated and achey from working at home and living in a 4 square on their colleagues screens then be sure to get in touch with her so she can help you too.

      I was a MHFA while working at Bupa in the Group department (HQ). I also took on the extra responsibility of being the Chairperson of all the Group MHFAs. I would host regular meetings for us to discuss events/ideas, as well as a time to check in with each of us and our recent experiences. I would liaise with all the MHFA and feedback any recommendations or issues to the Group Wellbeing Manager, to ensure we were supporting our people in the best way possible, while also protecting our MHFA’s own mental health.
