    • Branch Manager
      • Apr 2013 - Nov 2013

As studio manager I was responsible for managing a Glasgow photography studio, including recruiting and training staff to the company standards, in order to develop the studio team as well as forecasting monthly profits alongside analysing P&Ls. When employed the studio had demotivated staff and was regularly underperforming so staff training focused on developing staff skills in photography, customer service, sales and promoting. After 6 months in the role the studio had become one of the best performing studios within the UK and I was awarded studio manager of the year. Due to the studio success and my proven track record of successful team building I was promoted to floating manager with responsibility for training, where I used my knowledge and skills to improve team development within the Scotland region.
