Serving as lead designer at AP+I Design, I oversaw three large corporate headquarters’ interior projects while managing and delegating design tasks to the project team. I also managed my fellow designers, as well as collaborated with consultants and furniture dealerships to ensure a successful project. As a project leader, I coordinated workplace programming by collecting data and expectations from customers. I oversaw space plans for workspace and amenity spaces, including a full-service cafeteria, an executive briefing center, and an event training center. As an industry expert, I play an integral role in designing, scaling and layout. I create 3D renderings, floor plans, finish palettes and deliver design presentations to the client and develop construction documents for permit and construction. To be successful in every project, I collaborate with colleagues and consultants to convey design intentions while establishing trusting relationships with the customer to build and implement the design. The following are the projects I have accomplished. • I was the lead designer for the interior remodel of a 120,000 SF headquarters, managing and delegating design tasks to the project team. • I designed and space planned a 20,000 SF full-service cafeteria for a corporate office. • I was the lead designer for 150,000 SF corporate renovation, wherein I presented the design and created visual renderings, space plans and furniture specifications. Having served as a lead designer for a 70,000 SF corporate interior remodel, I oversaw Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration phases. By demonstrating keen attention to detail, I have established architectural designs, 3D renderings, finish palettes and presentations designed to express design intent.
