Lynne has been part of geography department for nearly five years. She is an excellent teacher and has contributed to the department at every stage such as developing new schemes of work and resources and assessments. Her enthusiasm was beneficial above and beyond teaching duties. She worked on EAL (English as additional language) whole school policy and organised for several students to enter in mother language GCSEs. Lynne has also shown great mentoring and coaching skills as she mentored two trainee teachers who are now both employed in teaching professions.
