  For the past 12 years, I have been honored to direct administration over the library and media center at Elgin Academy. This opportunity has afforded me to provide ongoing management of our library database including all aspects of collection development. In 2002, I was promoted to the role of Senior Automation Instruction Specialist in their Training Services division. As a SME and editor for the On-Demand eLearning program, my main responsibilities included development of web-based training programs and delivery of company-wide product education. I also recruited, trained, and certified additional instructors for on-site and instructor-led web-based programs and maintained the 24/7 Training Partner Portal.
