IT - Review of the organisations IT needs, recommend and implement improvements, upgrades or repairs in regard to, systems, hosting, support, back up, and equipment. - To monitor the delivery of contracted support for system supply, hosting, support, back up, and equipment, to ensure that services are provided to BEP as contracted. - To liaise with suppliers of contracted support where needed to resolve problems, or to inform recommendations. - To provide BEP staff with day to day support to resolve IT/network problems, and to help them use IT systems efficiently Show less
