  Supporting families pre and post bereavement, accompanying them on their journey. Helping families, practically and most importantly emotionally. Supporting all the members of the family! Difficult conversations. We can not make things better but being there is support enough. My job ranges from dressing up as a witch in panto to make the families laugh to being a support for parents whilst their child dies and funeral planning. No day is the same. Most privileged job!
