  I help Landlords and Letting Agents by assisting with training and events enquiries, planning and co-ordinating a national training programme, ensuring the smooth running of learning and development events. I’m friendly yet professional ensuring all training enquiries are answered efficiently. ★ TRAINING AND EVENTS PLANNING: I’m responsible for scheduling the national training and development programme, liaising with Sponsors and Local Authority Partners to provide training across the country to meet demand. I source and book suitable training venues ensuring every detail is in place for these to run smoothly. ★ PROMOTING EVENTS: I’m bringing new ideas to how we communicate with Landlords and Letting Agents to promote our training and development programme and increase brand awareness.
