I was employed in short term contract work after completing my Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Management by DNRE, initially as a GIS Operator employed to upgrade forestry management boundaries from 100,000 to 25,000 scale then on the EVC (Ecological Vegetation Communities) Mapping team where I was essentially Project Managing in order to complete a Vegetation Map of East Gippsland using Aerial Photography, Survey Data and Base maps in collaboration with the Arthur Rylah Institute. I worked with Alan Trumball-Ward on several occasions (Botanist). I was also a Summer Firefighter for a season at Cann River. Show less
