Just like the recent ad campaign for SafeAuto Insurance, Lynne Ellis is "Small But Powerful." Don't let her stature fool you. I recently read an article titled, "The 5 Qualities of Remarkable Bosses," and honestly, Lynne fit them all. Lynne took a chance with me and took the time to develop me, all while running HR for the entire company. Her depth of HR knowledge is surpassed only by her skillful and diplomatic aptitude to resolve HR issues that affect the company's ability to meet its performance goals. I will always be grateful to Lynne for giving me my first chance right out of college.
