As the head of HR, I've had the pleasure of working with Ms. Lynne Molnar focusing on organizational strategic planning. She was integral in developing goals and concrete plans to ensure that the HR department progressed toward meeting them. Additionally, she has served as an expert panelist for two HR associations (SHRM NYC and HR Professional Association of Non-Profit Organizations) regarding topics of succession planning and strategic planning. She consistently demonstrates a professionalism valued in the field and I am certain she will be an asset to any organization. I highly recommend her.

Since December 1, 2018, I served as the interim executive director for Directions For Our Youth. As the interim ED, I completed an organization assessment to determine the skills required for a new ED to advance its strategic fund development and long-term sustainability; assessed its senior leadership team expanded the role of the program director to ensure the new executive director could assume an external facing direction to expand its revenue streams. I also restructured the finance office staff and providing oversight to developing a financial reporting system, a problematic issue for the previous five years. With strong fiscal and program leadership, I was able to structured and supported the board’s ED search. We are in the semi-finalist stages of the interviews, and anticipate the new ED onboard by July 1, 2019.
