Maintain relationship with bank and outside CPA firm. Review of a CPA prepared annual statements of tax returns. Provide accurate and comprehensive financial information to executive management for long-term financial strategizing; coordinate all financials functions with business operations. Financial reporting duties include preparing financial statements, cash flow reports, budgets, budget-to-actuals and financial projections.
