  As a Certified LEAN Start & Prime-Time Health Coach the following fun and interactive Health & Wellness Workshops are offered: 1) L.E.A.N. Start is for parents or caregivers of children ages 3 – 12 years old, offered as either a 6- or 3-week class meeting one or two hours per week. Workshops cover 12 components of the L.E.A.N. Start program, such as Traffic Light Eating, Brainy Breakfasts, the Truth About Fats and Powering up with Protein and Play. (LEAN = Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude & Nutrition) 2) L.E.A.N. Essentials is a one-time, two-hour class for parents or caregivers of children ages 3 -12 years old to learn simple strategies to enhance their children’s health through similar topics taught in L.E.A.N. Start, however the time allotted to each topic is very brief and less in depth than L.E.A.N. Start. 3) L.E.A.N. Expectations educates parents who are planning a pregnancy, currently expecting or have recently had a baby on lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition for both the mother and their unborn baby and taught as three individual, two-hour classes. 4) Prime-Time Health is for adults who want to take charge of their health, prevent disease, avoid disability, and spend money on something other than doctors!
