Lynn Rundle is one of the most empathetic and compassionate human beings I have encountered. Being in his Vistage group for several years I witnessed his management and general business skills. Both are top notch. His insight into getting to the heart of an issue is of real note. I would recommend Lynn wholeheartedly.

I have known Lynn for almost 20 years. Since I first met him he has been driven passionately to succeed. Lynn possesses the ability to properly cast visions, direct the path, and follow up to ensure success. I have yet to meet anyone that can compare with Lynn’s bottomless well of empathy that is combined with relentless competition to be at the very top! He has not only succeeded at running organizations, but as a father to his family.

As an outside board member at Agrilabs, I served as advisor to the 12 member board of directors, and as an executive committee member and advisor to Steve Schram, EVP of Agrilabs. Agrilabs was sold to HuvePharma in 2018. Agrilabs is a network of animal health distributors and a manufacturer of vaccines for the animal health industry. I was brought onto the board in 2014 to advise the EVP and board as they positioned the company for a successful exit. I was the founder of the company, working closely with the Board of Directors in 1997. The company grew from start up to over $35 million in sales and acquired three additional value added agribusinesses in the first eight years of operations. The company developed a partnership with a Dallas based Private Equity firm, Sequel Holdings in 2005 and in November 2006 purchased the oat milling and value added ingredient business of ConAgra in South Sioux City Nebraska. In August, 2010 we sold the company to Viterra Inc., a North American grain processing company. https://www.bakingbusiness.com/articles/40348-viterra-closes-on-21st-century-grain-acquisition Show less

21st Century Alliance was an organization of over 800 individual agribusiness members, essentially an investment fund focused on creating value added agribusinesses, that was started in 1995 when I was Executive Director of the Kansas Association of Wheat Growers. As CEO, I led the start up of 4 closely held operating businesses from 1996-2000. As CEO, I was responsible for developing a board of directors, raising initial equity and arranging financing, and recruiting management teams for the start up businesses. 21st Century Grain Processing was started in 1997 by 21st Century Alliance.
