During 31 years of litigation experience at Swift Currie, I represented individuals, companies, and their liability insurance carriers in personal injury cases. I specialized in premises liability in cases involving violent crime, as well as falls and other injuries on private or commercial property. I also defended pharmacy liability, malicious prosecution, products liability, and other personal injury law, as well as insurance coverage matters. I tried over 80 case to jury verdict and handled over 35 appeals, where I prevailed 80-90% of the time.
