Complete the home health statistics for all branch offices and develop audits based on results from Home Health Compare, Record Reviews and CMS OBQI/OBQM reports. Utilize the DMAIC Process in creating and updating Corrective Active Plans. Present the results of these statistics quarterly at the CQI meeting held at the corporate office. I have my COS-C, Certificate for Oasis Specialist-Clinical.

Compiled Corrective Action Plans for areas identified by Oasis which required improvement. Completed nursing and aide scheduling as needed. Very knowledgeable of Medicare guidelines for home health care. This employment was ended due to the hospital closing the Home Health and Hospice department.
