Union representative for the Branch Libraries on this team that sought to understand how to create a culture of innovation (Goal 5 of the SPL Strategic Plan) and implement that goal. •Chair SPL Teen Summer Reading Committee. 2008. •Member of SPL committee that developed and wrote Seattle Public Library Plan for Services to Young Adults. 2001. •Participated actively in the planning of the new Ballard Branch Library; coordinated field trips for Ballard Staff and Friends of Ballard Library to KCLS libraries. 2001. •Planned the reconfiguration of circulation desk at Ballard Branch. 2000.
