Maintaining optimal staffing levels by tracking vacancies and initiating recruitment and interview processes to identify qualified candidates. • Oversaw the staffing process for hourly manufacturing workforce, including temp-to-hire with staffing agencies. • Organized and led new hire orientation. • Complied with all Affirmative Action requirements, providing AA information to Leggett & Platt annually. • FMLA administration. • Workers' Compensation administration. • Handbook and policy updates and communication. • Addressed corrective action plans/terminations as needed. • Maintained current knowledge of industry regulations and legislation to amend policies and promote compliance.
