After the passing of Mr. Uster, the board of directors re-branded the company to become AUI Fine Foods in the summer of 2013.I am a hard-working self-starter who strives to understand the needs of my clients. As an experienced chef, baker and pastry chef, I was hired on as a Sales Representative, not for any sales background but for my food-service knowledge. Trained in the sales field by Albert Uster himself, I learned by his example of ethics, how to help his clients not just sell his clients. I hold this true, and have consistently grown my territory each year as a trusted salesperson and advisor.
