Lynn joined MND Victoria towards the end of 2021 and from the get go, we knew we had an incredible person that would help drive improvement across so many aspects of our organisation - Improvements that would ultimately lead to better outcomes for people living with MND. For Lynn to be successful in her role, she needed to be a people person and build strong relationships with the wider MND Victoria team and many external stakeholders. Lynn simply demands respect from her friendly, bubbly, but very professional attitude so it is definitely not difficult for her to build these strong relationships which created so many positive opportunities and outcomes. Across Lynn's 2 and a half years with MND Victoria, she was integral to the the huge success her team had. Lynn's creativity, work ethic and professionalism was a major reason the Supporter Development and Communications team flourished through the difficult pandemic times and then beyond. Like most organisations, we had to turn to a heavy reliance on all things digital and Lynn was pivotal in improving MND Victoria's digital world quickly and effectively. Lynn will be missed but her work and efforts will live on for a longtime!
