  I began working with CAREERXCHANGE in 1991 when the company was very small as an admistrative assistant. Have seen the company grow to become one of the premier independently owned staffing companies in the South Florida area. Services include executive search, direct hire, temporary staffing (clerical and light industrial), temp-to-hire staffing, and vendor on-site management programs. Clients include fortune 500 and small to mid-size companies. My position has grown with the company. My duties now include overseeing the accounting and payroll department, working with the Owners and Directors to manage and set the standards of operations for our company. I also administer the employee medical and financial benefits.
