While Lynn is truly one of the most calm, even temperedand gracious service providers in-flight, where her true stregnth lays is in her ability to manage. Her style of management is neither overbearing nor weak natured. Lynn knows how to get to the heart of the matter with damaging the heart itself. It has been my supreme pleasure to work with Lynn in both arenas, and I can honestly say if I were to start an airline THIS is the person I'd want to run my in-flight program.
