Professional and Personable, Lyndsey is an amazing talent and human who is able to lead an army, manage a client (or onboarding), and engage her peers, team, and an entire organization as none other. Her ability to work with any person, personality, during a smooth or challenging onboarding is uncanny. Her smile (terrible "dad jokes") and personality allow her to succeed when others would struggle or fail. She truly cares for her clients and it is evident to any and all ... especially the new client. Lyndsey and I worked together (and for awhile, sat a few feet apart) for nearly two years and in all that time she thrived in the role, exceeding all expectations, grasping new ideas / concepts / technology in no time. Her patience, ability to communicate, and skills at teaching complex technologies and tasks is phenomenal. Lyndsey's ability to keep someone engaged and on-task is unparalleled. When Lyndsey onboarded any new client I brought to Madwire, I knew that her ability to train and implement dramatically improved our client's experience and long-term retention. Madwire was a challenging environment for many as change (both good and bad) was constant, untested, and frequently contributed to struggle and failure, yet Lyndsey never lost a smile or focus.
