Managed inputting of over 500 orders onto Eseries (electronic procurement system) for sets of instruments, kept accurate records of sets purchased / to be purchased for management reports, ensured timely delivery of goods. Managed area where instrument sets delivered to St Albans City Hospital and Watford General Hospital, checking off items with theatre staff, checking off tray build lists and ordering barcodes for the sets so they could be tracked. Liaised with IHSS when sets completed so could be sent for decontamination and go into circulation - keeping accurate records at each stage. Show less
