I was the Sunshine Coast Account Manager covering a territory from Caboolture up to Noosa, our flagship product was the Entertainment Book. As an AM my role has two parts, growing the book and improving it's quality by signing up high quality establishments to participate in the Entertainment program and organising non for profit organisations to use the book as a fundraiser. This role placed great emphasis on business development and cold calling in order to grow the base of non for profit organisations using the book as an extremely effective fundraising tool. There was a large aspect of farming existing business and enhancing existing relationships. My strength lay in signing up new business to participate in the Entertainment Book program and I managed to turn the Sunshine Coast from the area with the least content to the area with the most within my time at EPA.
