Lyndall is one of the most thorough managers I have ever worked with. She knows what she is doing inside out, often developing & always implementing processes to best maximise efficiency & work flow. She is incredible at organising a team and training them, taking quality time to teach and encourage others. Her communication is clear, direct, detailed and always helpful. In addition, Lyndall is a lot of fun and a great person to have on your team. She is the first to arrange a team function, make you laugh or be there for you when things get serious. This is a really warm and endearing quality which makes Lyndall the total package. I would be thrilled to work with Lyndall again in the future.

Lyndall is very training focused, and with out her teaching and advice I would not be in the place I am today.
