We are the first on site to complete mitigation on fires, floods, mound remediation and catastrophes through insurance claims. We assess the damages to the home/business to gain an action plan in order to complete the necessary removal of building finishes to ensure the property is safe an dry. For water claims (floods) After removing the affected building finishes (drywall, plaster, baseboards, wall paneling, etc) we set up drying equipment (air movers) and dehumidifiers to dry remaining building finishes and bring the relative humidity back down to a safe percentage of below 60%. We reinspect the property on a daily basis to ensure the drying process and once the property is dry we then pull all the drying equipment from site. For fire claims We attend site to complete the necessary board up of windows and doors as well as install safety fencing around the property to ensure the damaged property is secure. We will asses the insured contents to see what can be salvaged and what is deemed non-salvageable. All salvageable contents will then be cleaned through a fire line at our shop then stored for the insured until the property’s repairs are completed and the cleaned content can be returned.

I was part of a very productive team everyday, sometimes on the same team and sometimes not. Each day with different tasks or duties including: building, labeling, filling, and packaging a variety of different sizes, and types of displays for all different Proctor & Gamble products. Some displays requiring heavier labor than others. Every task assigned was required to be done reasonably quick, be reliable, and be completed while maintaining a clean and safe work area. Each team I was a part of, continued to meet their daily target if not more. This job was seasonal for me, as I was returning back to college in September.
