What do we do? Still doing everything as below but am also concentrating on language for international companies. Native speakers can so often make assumptions of English language skills of their non native speaking colleagues. We act as the catalyst for teams to transform their working environment and performance so that all relationships between groups, functions, customers and suppliers support an improvement in the achievement of short, medium and long term aims and goals; and through this provide better value for money for all contributors. In particular, we strive to achieve a “one-team” way of thinking and operating that reduces the probability of organisations establishing positions from which collaborative working becomes difficult. We wish to be trusted and regarded as non-partisan – catalysts not judges. The following thinking underpins our work •Teams can often find their own solutions to problems and issues given a supportive environment and appropriate structure •Teams work more effectively together if they have shared goals •People work more effectively if they understand their own roles and priorities and appreciate those of the people with whom they interface •It is possible to develop an environment where teams are open about their own difficulties without fear that these will be used against them. This then leads to greater mutual trust. Show less
