Manage network and cloud infrastructure to support 5 buildings and 1100+ users Support and maintain all network connected resources including Active Directory, multiple Windows Servers, Shoretel/Mitel VOIP phone system, Skyward Student Information System, Digital Watchdog Video Surveillance Coordinated and supervised $1 million technology bond project in 2008 and currently managing $750,000 technology bond project. Currently leading projects of District wide Access Control and Video Surveillance system procurement and installation. Supervise 3 technicians regarding network, hardware support & repair, and user support. Establish IT operations best practices, policies, and tools including FERPA privacy regulations. Lead proactive initiative to train school staff on common security threats such as phishing while staying current on emerging cybersecurity threats. Create budgets for all technology spending focusing on reducing waste and providing effective support and upgrades for staff and students.
