In my role at HSI I assist end users trouble shoot computer settings to be able to access their online course. I respond to tickets that come in by either responding to them or escalating them to our trainers or appropriate department. I help co-workers resolve end user issues. I am a quick learner and and inquisitive. I try to learn as much about every aspect of my job as I can. I stick with issues until they are resolved. I am loyal to my team and company.

Lead Dispatcher / Sales
-
May 2002 - May 2014
Work with customers on a daily basis to meet their delivery expectations. Make sure they are getting the mix and admixtures that they need to meet the needs for their project. Daily I also compile driver delivery data for a master database for company performance reports. Our dispatching program is Command CS08. I have become very proficient with this program. I am the one that people ask when they want to know if Command can do something. In general I am the problem solver. Work with customers on a daily basis to meet their delivery expectations.
