Dear Lyle, This is a personal note to thank you and Avanta Clean for your quick response and amazing job in making what could have been a horrible water damage experience into a low stress and very smooth process. I awoke Saturday morning to find my kitchen toilet leaking form the tank with all of the wood floors sopping wet. I started to put some towels down and then thought, I wonder if this leak was worse than I anticipated. I quickly went downstairs to find several of the rooms flooded from top to bottom. As you can imagine I was horrified. It was 7am in the morning on a Saturday; I had no idea what I would do. I thumbed through my cards and pulled up Lyle’s card, he picked up his phone and said he would be right over. Within minutes he surveyed my house and said that everything was going to be just fine and he would have things back to normal in a few days. I was relieved. Lyle was very thorough using moisture gages, drying units and dehumidifiers to make sure that the wood floors and carpeting dried completely. I am so glad that I knew just the right person and just the right company for the job. I highly recommend Lyle and his company Avanta Clean to anyone that may need his services.
