Lydia provided HR leadership for one of the largest School of Medicine departments and did so with such grace. Every encounter with Lydia was professional and highly organized. She truly has a servant’s heart and worked diligently to ensure fairness and equity in all personnel decisions. I miss working with her and would welcome the opportunity to partner with her again.
