I had the pleasure of working with and for Lydia for nearly 3 years. She’s the consummate professional in every way - respectful, caring, and has the horsepower to do incredible things. Her mighty team launched the framework, analytics, and day-to-day playbook for a new subset of customers at Carbon for an entirely new product in record time. Her strategic eye for the market steered us down a path where 87% customer retention was the norm and upsells were frequent. She became the company’s go-to person for tough customer situations. Her forethought on internal department networking between, sales, customer service, contracts, infosec, and accounting and billing was a master class on how to succeed in healthcare. She was invaluable. Combining that with her humble attitude and calling her a team player is an understatement. She makes people feel honored, cared for, and appreciated.
