Bio
Dr Toni Whitehead PhD, MBA
I recently worked with Lydia when we designed and delivered a short training workshop on Lean Awareness, which is aligned and accredited to the Cardiff University Lean Competency System. Lydia pulled together a team of 12 managers and team leaders from across the business, many of whom has not had exposure to lean thinking or continuous improvement approaches. The workshop went really well because of the desire to learn and the enthusiasm of the team, to apply the learning in their own workplace. Lydia was clearly instrumental in motivating the team to attend the training session and in her role within Capestone, is responsible for supporting the team through their forthcoming transition to strategic supplier to a high end food retailer. Lydia is clearly talented, capable and committed to driving the HR related changes, to equip the team in the competence and capabilities needed to meet the performance standards required by their valued customers. I wish Lydia and Capestone continued success on their journey - a great Welsh business.

Lydia is a complete star. I worked with Lydia for a few months on a culture change initiative at UK window Group. She is truly delightful to work with, extremely efficient and very quick to learn. Whilst I was delighted on her behalf to hear of her new job, I was gutted to hear she was leaving and she will be very hard to replace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lydia.
