  This role was reponsible for the assistance of the head chef in all aspects of kitchen management, food preparation and presentation. Working along side the head chef and management team to create a suitable rota, to order stock and equiptment, to train all kitchen members to a high standard, to be sure all staff members were working in a clean and safe way, to create fresh and innovative new recipes, to build appealing menus for our customers and to motivate and show the staff how to work together as a team to produce great quality food with as little stress as possible.
