Home2 Suites and Hilton Garden Inn is a duel property and I worked closely with the General Managers and the Director of Sales at both properties. As head of my department, my responsibilities included, reviewing and responding to all sales leads, creating and issuing contracts, establishing and maintaining relationships with clientele, organizing and executing site tours at both properties, and I was solely responsible for responding to all online reviews. I wore many hats in my position and I had experience as acting Manager on Duty and assisted with setting up and tearing down our conference room for events held. I worked hard to provide our extended stay guests, groups, corporate clientele, and travel business with an excellent experience and I always looked forward to welcoming them on their next visit.
