Alek and I have been friends and colleagues since high school, and in that time he has always been an amazing and inspiring 3D artist. Never afraid to stretch himself, or to push his skills in areas he's unfamiliar with, he's always tackled his work fearlessly and with enthusiasm. As a lead, he has a good eye for exactly what needs to be done and he excels at guiding those less familiar on a subject while allowing them room to explore and solve problems on their own. He's great at what he does, and I had a great time working with him.
