  1. Take charge of NPI (New project/product/process… introduction) process in factory side. 1) My Projects: A. PND (Portable navigation device), 10 kinds, customer from Europe/Asia/Australia-TOMTOM B. Smart phone, 5kinds, different customers from Taiwan, Japan, China C. Blue tooth, 1kind, customer from US. D. POS Terminal, 1kind, customer from US - Poynt 2) Coordinate with different departments to set up project team, fixtures/equipment cost evaluation, production schedule, D-X meeting readiness review, system maintain, BOM, special materials/request management, design/process improvement, quality control, report NPI status to boss/customer… 2. Production SW/ detail packing details management: for about 25 kinds of project, hundreds different skus. 3. PND/Smart Watch 2nd source requests from customers: about 15 kinds of projects. Take charge of full qualification process including sample run/reliability test/control run/ AQL/ECR/BOM implement. 4. QBR report (Quarterly Business Review) with foreign customer 5. Other new materials/ process/ sudden issues…management. 6. New members’ training. Show less
