I have always worked for Hidmo Eritrean Restaurant, as a volunteer since its founding and then as a community partner through Communities Against Rape and Abuse (CARA). Recently, it has branched out into four distinct programs; Hidmo Media Projects, Hidmo Community Empowerment Project; Hidmo Entertainment; and Hidmo Restaurant & Catering. I support all programs, but focus on the infrastructure, community partnerships, steering committee, and volunteer coordination.
