  As part of my working aspirations at Apollo Tyres, in a period of seven months (Oct '16 - May '17) I took the opportunity to increase the perfomance levels on tyres designed for the Indian market. Focus was to make the tyre more silent, fuel economic and resistant to Indian road conditions. Non-technical learning: leading a project filled with people from different backgrounds. At the moment in the technical lead for development of a soft run-flat tyre. A development in which the combination between material's integrity vs. stiffness vs. comfort needs to be found.
