Luuk is someone who challenges not only his team but also his managers, he has a great deal of a knowledge on hospitality operations and when you as a manager don’t want to listen to his ideas he will make sure that you notice that, he is stubborn, in a good way, everyone can learn from him, even if he is going to report to you! Believe me, I have been there, just trust him. Other thing that makes him a good leader is that his team follows him by heart, he is loved by everyone in a split second, he works hard for his people and get the respect straight away. I cannot recommend Luuk well enough, in hospitality business, on a high level management, he is your man. Reliable , charming, charismatic, smart, result driven leader. And so young!
