The event lasts for 4 full months by monitoring 90 participants, and preparation time for 3 months.I created several new series of events to improve the hard skills and soft skills of participants so that they can be useful for the wider community based on needs.I made several innovations including, creating a motivational flow for participants, which resulted in an increase in regeneration of approximately 10% in 2020. Second, I cut human resources that previously needed up to 70 people to 50 people, in work the results became more effective and efficient.
