This is move # 15 for my husband and I in 23 years. I must say that Lupe Kennedy is the BEST real estate agent we have ever worked with! We are relocating to Texas from Ohio. From our first meeting where she welcomed us to Texas and helped us narrow down areas until the final closing she was amazing and we were completely impressed. Besides a move halfway across the country our youngest is graduating so we were having a difficult time deciding what our needs in a house even were. Lupe was so patient with us as we kept changing our minds from older home to new construction and from ranch to 2-story and back again. When we finally opted for a new construction home I thought she was done with the process. But I was wrong. That is when she really went to work! She completely took control and organized everything between the builder, the loan officer and the title company. She kept everyone on their toes so we not only closed on time but early. We've never had this kind of service before. I think she helped us find a home we are going to be happy in for a very long time so we most likely won't need a realtor again anytime soon but I highly recommend her to anyone in San Antonio who does!
