  - Project: Petrochemical Complex In South Of Vietnam - Location: Long Son Commune | Vung Tau City, Ba Ria Vung Tau Province | Vietnam - Responsibility: • Assist the QA/QC Manager. • To lead a group of quality control engineers. • Professional advice to another department regarding construction, design, Planning… • Handling the problems with the site's technical with the suitable method (Concrete crack, water leak, construction incident...) • Review, approve, and inspection for materials income following the standard. • To analyze and review test results and reports performed by suppliers and subcontractors. • Perform inspection and testing stages for all construction steps such as Earthwork (excavation, backfill, underground electric and piping…), Pilling work, concrete work, Steel structure, building work, Road and paving work, landscaping and miscellaneous work, finishing work…, ensure everything compliance with TCVN Standard, Project standard, ASTM standard, ASSHTO Standard, DIN Standard or Equivalent Standard… • Perform Walk-through – Punch list following Systems of completion. • Coordinate with the Pre-commissioning team and hand over when completed. • Review and repair QC documents, ITP, QCF, QCP, MS for Construction, and MS for Safety, Planning, and Schedule…. • Ensure documents adhere to the quality management system… • Quality and document audit to sub-contractor: - PTSC – PetroVietNam Technical Services Corporation - VNCN – Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Corporation - LLMA – VietNam Machinery Installation Corporation - ECOBA – Ecoba VietNam Joint Stock Company. - HG ENC – HG ENC Engineering and Construction Co., LTD - SUNGDO – Sungdo ENG.VIETNAM Co.,LTD - CC1 – Construction Corporation No.1 JSC - ATAD – Steel Structure Corporation. - PHAN VU Investment Corporation.
