Tyson is a dedicated, hard working, and highly motivated individual. During our time together in class he portrayed an outstanding work ethic and strong dedication to his classmates. He is one of the most educated individuals I have the pleasure of knowing and would highly recommend him for a position at any company...he would be a value added asset to any company's mission!

Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) Caring People Preparing Youth for Life. YBGR provides mental-health services for youth and families. YBGR serves over 1300 unique clients each year. While primarily serving Montana, YBGR has provided care to youth from nearly every US state in 65+ years of operation. In my role as CIO, I get the pleasure of adding to a great mission, providing leadership and development of the following areas: Organizational Quality – Improvement of outcomes through the use of data and stories to monitor and enhance the mission. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaborate to reduce silos. Work with other agencies and state partners on an integrated system of care. Compliance – Navigate local, state, and federal laws and regulations to ensure the agency remains compliant, while providing excellent care. (CMS, HIPAA, CFRs, ARMs, COA, etc.) Risk and Reporting – Reduce risk through carefully monitoring data. Complete mandatory reporting requirements. Identify problem areas and focus staff on meaningful solutions. Technology – Implement a robust technology platform that allows for mobility, security, and ease of use. Ensure that we can provide care to any youth or family anywhere without barriers. Supervision – Supervise a staff of caring people who provide: IT, EMR, Medical Records, and Research and Outcomes support. YBGR has built a strong foundation of caring people. It is my distinct pleasure to work alongside a team of 350+ skilled professionals. Through the expertise and dedication of these staff, we are able to provide amazing care for youth and families.
