Jul 2017 - Present
Mining Group Profile TSHIKILA CAPITAL has to date formally engaged in projects in the mining industry, exploration, extracting, buying and selling commodities which saw the birth of TSHIKILA MINERALS With a portfolio of mining permits as well as prospecting rights within the Republic of South Africa. The group is focused on coal & chrome. The majority of the mining rights are in the application and exploration phase, however TSHIKILA CAPITAL with its JV partner(s) made strategic applications making use of historical geological information done by one of the big 5 listed mining houses, proving the sites to very rich in mineral quality and resource quantity. TSHIKILA CAPITAL and its subsidiary TSHIKILA MINERALS and JV partners are busy with preparations to open up an open cast coal mining operation in the North West region. Site establishment has commenced. Through its various networks was able to set up a trading desk for several commodities which include Ferroalloys & non-ferrous metals Chrome TSHIKILA CAPITAL has spent some time putting together the value chain for the supply of Chrome concentrate to the market. Initially TSHIKILA CAPITAL endeavored to purchase, toll and sell. As demand for ROM and chrome concentrate has increased TC has made applications for mining permits in the North West province as well as in the Limpopo in order to mine and have consistent ROM to process. TC has also entered into JV agreements in North West and Limpopo to achieve this goal, where TC will finance as well as provide equipment for mining. The next part of the value chain is either obtaining a chrome plant to process the feedstock TC has access to or to build a plant to be able to meet demand and our offtake agreements. There are discussion underway to obtain an existing mining operation and TC has been raising capital for the purchase of this operation. From this operation TC will be able to supply high grade ROM as well as concentrate to be produced from the plant on site. Show less
