PT Titan Petrochemical Nusantara is the largest polyethylene producer in Indonesia and now is one of subsidiary of LOTTE Chemical Titan Nusantara, South Korea PT Titan is formerly PT Peni (Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo), a polyethylene plant designed and built by BP Chemical (INNOVENE TECHNOLOGY). The plant has 3 Trains converting ethylene into polyethylene. Current Role and Responsibility:1. To analyzed, to recommend and to modify (if necessary) equipment / unit / system to run in its highest performance, having best integrity / reliability, in order to deliver intended purpose2. To troubleshoot, to solve and to figure out resolution of any equipment / unit / system problem that deviating from its intended design of purpose due to issue in process, quality, safety, environment, reliability, integrity, etc (some milestones that have been achieved are available as follow)3. To monitor, to control, to lead and to deal with all technical aspect and process activities in area responsibility to achieve operation target (quality, quantity and reliability) without any incident and accident4. To train, to guide, to coach, to counsel and to develop field technician and DCS operator skill, knowledge and attitude5. To control all routine plant support (logging, inspection, etc.) and all technical (quality, performance, inventory, reliability, integrity, maintenance) concern6. To close link with Shift Supervisor and Plant Superintendent for improvement, troubleshooting and to set standards for any activity which is/may happen7. To link the operation activity with other department (laboratory, TSC, TG, Engineering, HSE etc.)8. To optimize and to control usage of all material (utilities and feed) and to give input of any problems or incident (or potential one) and to drive investigation, solution, prevention (internal & external)9. To participate in routine meeting internal in operation department as wall as others meeting (reliability, performance and quality etc.)
