I've had the pleasure of working with Luke intensely on a sizeable project and can honestly say he is a rare find in terms of technical ability, dedication and resourcefulness. Luke is a real can-do person. If a problem needs to be solved he can go deep and figure out a way to crack it. When deadlines are approaching Luke will make sure they are hit. His technical knowledge is wide-ranging and is equally comfortable working at the front-end (CSS,JS etc..) as tapping into APIs with Ruby or optimising database performance. He is incredibly easy to work with and can pick up new skills and languages rapidly. Although he probably wouldn't admit it, he's also a great presenter, communicator and networker, and can add value in many ways beyond coding. Highly recommended.

Luke is a superlative developer. He has a wide range of skills (JS, CSS, Perl, Ruby...) and significant depth in each. He is a pleasure to work with -- calm, mature, professional, and dependable. He is also the only developer I have ever met whose estimates are *always* accurate, every time; compared to that, hen's teeth are as common as sand.
