I first started working with Luke when he took over as Global Strategy Director (Hair Care) at Unilever. He brought an enormous amount of energy and vision to the category & his team (of which I was a part of). Luke's ability to bring focus in a highly complex environment set him apart from the start. During the time I spent working with him, I learnt an inordinate amount though what resonated most with me was his ability to turn strategy into action. He was a highly collaborative and motivated leader who empowered his team to produce great work.
