  BLA Valuers are Fixtures & Fittings surveyors & valuers dealing with leaseholds/tenancies of pubs, hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and other licensed premises. My main duties included Separating landlord/building fixtures from lessee/tenant fittings and complete a schedule & valuation based on going concern. Carefully inspecting F&F to provide a valuation using comparable evidence, actual costing evidence and knowledge of resale asset values. Assessing sites for statutory compliance in relation to F&F. Completing itemised schedules and reports for clients including internal measurements. Guiding clients through the valuation process, including advising of compliance requirements and managing their expectations. Negotiating with valuers, surveyors, landlords and clients.
